Woodland Walk and Talk with Climate Café Pitlochry
Location: Faskally Woods Pitlochry.
Time: 11am Saturday 23rd May.
Meeting Point: The entrance to the carpark is here, turn left on driving into the woods. We will meet to the west of the the carpark, here.
Join us for an informal walk through the woods where we will discuss the trees and habitat around us. Bring a packed lunch and appropriate clothing for a few hours amongst the trees. Tree Mulching Day at Tradecoaters Field
Location: Pitlochry
Time: 11am Saturday 13th June
Meeting Point: Provided on request (private property).
Join us for an educational and moderately physical day of tree care. There are hundreds of young trees that have been planted at Tradecoaters field. Many of them are yet to benefit from mulching. Bring a packed lunch and appropriate clothing for working with spades and wheelbarrows. Learn about why mulching can be important in the establishment of young trees.
